Founded in 2020, Zudokey emerged as a direct response to the overwhelming amount of conflicting, unscientific wellness advice circulating online. We observed that many individuals in Peru struggled with preventable metabolic and circulatory challenges, yet lacked access to clear, evidence-based guidance on how to manage their daily habits.

We decided to build an educational oasis—a platform free from commercial product sponsorships, focusing purely on human anatomy, physiological mechanics, and behavioral science.
